Enter the email address you used with us. We send a 6-digit code to confirm it is yours, and once you type it in, we delete what we hold for that address on all three Nidarshana Vedh sites.
What is deleted, and when
- Straight away: your sign-up and consent record, your unsubscribe record, and any feedback you sent on the tools. This browser’s cookie choice is set to “no”, so nothing more is recorded.
- Within 10 minutes: your record in our customer system, with any notes about you.
- Within 12 hours: the copy in our private leads spreadsheet.
- Within 14 days: our backups, which delete themselves.
- Within 30 days: recordings of your visits. Microsoft Clarity cannot delete one person’s recordings on request, so they expire on their own after 30 days; we remove any we had saved, so none are kept longer.
- Within 30 days, by hand: emails you exchanged with us and any consultation booking, apart from payment records the tax rules require us to keep.
